GODSMACK Frontman To Sue Over Improper Management Of NYC Nightclub

GODSMACK frontman Sully Erna has pulled out of his deal with the co-owners of Dorsia, the New York nightclub he went in on in 2003, according to MTV.com. Erna plans to sue his former business partners for improper management, sources close to the band said.

Taking a break between legs of the sold-out METALLICA tour, GODSMACK will resume its arena stint around the country on August 16. In a climate of what Billboard recently called "one of the worst concert seasons in years," the METALLICA/GODSMACK tour, according to Pollstar, is #8 among the Top 100 Tours so far in 2004.
